Serving as a memorial for the 11,000 North Carolinians who died during the war, the Battleship is open every day. Located just minutes from the wedding venue! We explored the Battleship summer of 2023 and had a great time learning the history!

Wilmington Riverwalk takes you along the Cape Fear River and connects many dining, shopping and drinking options! Many hotels are connected as well with great views! Multiple TV Shows and Movies have been shot here including scenes from One Tree Hill.

Cape Fear River Boats offers several sightseeing and sunset cruises along the downtown Wilmington Riverfront and also nature tours that travel up the cypress-lines Northeast Cape Fear River.

The NC Aquarium at Fort Fisher is slightly farther from the Wedding Venue at about 30 minutes, however a great activity for kids! Tickets must be purchased online prior to visiting as they do not sell tickets at the door.
